24 Simplified Taijiquan is one of the traditional arts of the Han nationality, belong to the simple Taijiquan in People's Republic of China after the establishment of the implementation of the.   1. Commencing (Qǐshì, 起势), Preparation, Beginning
  2. Part the Wild Horse's Mane (Zuoyou Yémǎ Fēnzōng, 左右野马分鬃), LEFT and RIGHT
  3. White Crane Spreads Its Wings (Báihè Lìangchì, 白鹤亮翅), Stork/Crane Cools Its Wings
  4. Brush Knee and Step Forward (Zuoyou Lōuxī Àobù, 左右搂膝拗步), Brush Knee and Twist Step, LEFT and RIGHT

Calm loose body. The so-called "mind", is the practice of Taijiquan, thought should eliminate all distractions, without external interference; the so-called "loose", not systemic lax negligent, but to maintain the correct posture based on practice, consciously let the body joints and muscles and organs to relax the maximum.
