Taizu Mountain Shaolin Kung Fu Academy is an institute for the teaching and promotion of traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Chinese Martial Arts in China. A traditional Shaolin Kung Fu academy, Taizu is teaching students from around the world in all different styles of Chinese Kungfu: Shaolin Kung Fu, Sanda (Sanshou), Qigong, Chin Na, Tai Chi, Xingyi, Bagua, Baji, Wing Chun. The school owns an outstanding and well-qualified teaching group who will be more than happy to help you reach your fitness goals and improve your skills.

The maximum participants in the group is 10.
Students will stay in rooms with one or two persons per room with the same gender. It is possible for couples to live together as well. The rooms are equipped with beds, including bed sheets and pillow, a small desk, and a closet for clothes. The rooms are equipped with a fan in the summer and heating in winter so students can be comfortable all year. Washing facilities
Each floor of the academy’s accommodation building is facilitated with western toilets and common washing rooms. Hot showers and free washing machines for students to do their laundry are also provided. .

Zen Meditation <Qigong ,Chi Kung> is a traditional method of Chinese health care,keep in good health , Strong body. The respiratory adjustment, physical activity and consciousness adjustment adjustment (pranayama, adjusting, aligning) as a means to improve health, disease prevention, health and sickness, the development potential is a physical and mental exercise purpose.
Chi Kung” is the accepted English equivalent of the Chinese word “Qigong”, where “Qi” (“Chi” or “Ki”) means “breath” (as a conceptual term, this refers to the energy in the human body, and, by extension, life force, dynamic energy or even cosmic breath) and “gong” (“Kung”) means “achievement”, “skill”, work applied to a discipline or the resultant level of skill. Qigong refers to a wide variety of traditional meditative cultivation practices that involve methods of accumulating, circulating, and working with Qi or energy within the body. Qigong is sometimes mistakenly said to be something that always involves movement and/or regulated breathing. In fact, use of other special methods focusing on particular energy centers in and around the body are common in the higher levels or evolved forms of Qigong. Qigong is practiced for health maintenance purposes, as a therapeutic intervention, as a medical profession, a spiritual path and/or a component of Chinese Martial Arts.

They are Tai Chi masters who specialize in the beautiful, elegant, yet powerful movements of Tai Chi. The masters teach both Yang style as well as Chen style Tai Chi. Taizu Shaolin Kungfu Academy is a traditional Kung Fu training academy founded by Master Shi Yan Hao, a 34nd generation Shaolin warrior monk. Throughout the year, the academy teaches a full time Shaolin Kung Fu program to students from many different countries. In autumn and spring, they also offer short term Tai Chi retreats.
During the Tai Chi weeks in autumn and spring, the weekly training program offers Tai Chi classes two to three times a day, as well as a range of optional other activities. You are welcome to join as many (or as few) classes as you wish. The program is the same every week.
