8. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Like some others on this list it only exists today because for the next several hundred years it was disguised as a dance.

6. Chinese Kung Fu (Wing Chun , Jeet Kun Do , Shaolin )

Often referred to as theGrandfather of hand-to-hand fighting, Kung Fu has been practiced for centuries in its land of origin, China. Used by Chinese warriors as form of attack as well as self-defense. Kung Fu is the general term used for Chinese martial arts. Although there are a variety of styles of Kung Fu, they all share the same root: to strike your enemy with lightning speed and preventable power.

Shaolin Kung Fu is a huge technological system rather than a general sense of sectsor boxing. According to the handed down Shaolin boxing record, there is a total of 708 sets of Shaolin kung fu, including 552 sets of boxing and equipments, and 156 sets of other types, including grappling, fighting, unloading bone, acupuncture, qigong etc. Now more than 200 units of Shaolin Kung Fu routines is handed down, of which more than 100 sets of boxing, more than 80 sets of equipment, training and other routines. These are, according to different categories and degrees of difficulty, organically combined into a huge and technological kung fu system.

Specializing in close combat, Wing Chun practitioners are taught to be efficient, practical and quick on their feet. Believing the use of the least amount of force is the best way in battle, Wing Chun practitioners seek out the quickest way to take down an opponent through unique striking abilities, aiming blows at the throat, shin and sweeping opponents off the ground quickly with kicks. Wing Chun practitioners also have the ability to chain attacks, making their attacks deadly if not blocked and stopped prematurely.

  • Jeet Kun Do

Developed by Bruce Lee, this hybrid martial art was his response to the “flowery” techniques used in other systems. Bruce felt that although these stylistic forms certainly had aesthetic appeal, their practical usefulness was nearly zero.

5.Vale Tudo

Portuguese for “anything goes”, this is a full contact combat sport popular in Brazil. It has a very limited number of rules and takes techniques from numerous martial arts. The only problem is that it is so dangerous and bloody that it often creates quite a stir in the media. And for this reason most of the events are held underground.

4. Ninjutsu

Practiced by the shinobi, or ninja, in feudal Japan, this martial art focused on unconventional warfare, espionage, and assassination. Its practitioners were even sometimes referred to as hinin, or non-humans.

3. Rough and Tumble

Often considered one of the few fighting styles native to the United States, this form of violent encounter was very popular around the time of the American Revolution. With emphasis on maximum disfigurement it often involved everything from men gauging out each other’s eyes to literally biting the tongues of their opponents. Very few of the other entries on this list even come close to attaining the level of violence in these colonial era blood bathes.

2. Line

Line is the abbreviated name of “Linear Infighting Neural Override Engagement”, this lethal warfare technique accommodating the combination of various martial arts techniques including Judo’s classical “hip-throws” was used by the US Marine Corps throughout the 1990’s and is still employed by numerous special forces.

Succeeded by Marine Cops Martial Arts Program in recent years, it was relatively inflexible especially for non-emergent situations such as peacekeeping operations, because its main objective is to end the life of your opponent.

1.  Krav Maga

Not surprisingly, the world’s most effective and dangerous martial art comes to us from one of the most conflicted regions of the world. Developed for use by the IDF or Israeli Defense Force, Krav Maga is a non sport martial art, meaning it doesn’t concern itself with the opponents wellbeing. In fact, it generally assumes no quarters, or the idea that your opponent intends to kill you. For this reason, the brutal techniques of Krav Maga have been developed with the sole intention of inflicting as much pain as quickly and efficiently as possible which very often includes deliberately ending the life of your adversary.

      Dear Surender Pal
In 495 AD, Shaolin temple was built in the Song mountain, Henan province. The first monk who preached Buddhism there was the Indian monk named Buddhabhadra (佛陀跋陀罗; Fótuóbátuóluó), simply called Batuo (跋陀) by the Chinese. There are historical records that Batuo’s first Chinese disciples, Huiguang (慧光) and Sengchou (僧稠), both had exceptional martial skills. For example, Sengchou’s skill with the tin staff is even documented in the Chinese Buddhist canon. After Buddhabadra, another Indian or Persian Central Asian monk, Bodhidarma (菩提达摩; Pútídámó), simply called Damo (达摩) by the Chinese, came to Shaolin in 527 AD. His Chinese disciple, Huike (慧可), was also a highly trained martial arts expert. There are implications that these first three Chinese Shaolin monks, Huiguang, Sengchou, and Huike, may have been military men before entering the monastic life.

Shaolin Kung Fu originated in China, But belongs to the world。

      Thank you sir
